Why are we giving back?

We get asked this all the time, "what real estate based company gives back to the community?" At Development House, our goal is to give families in need a roof over their head and the safety of a home they require. In today's society, there are many families inside and outside the U.S. that do not have the resources to find proper shelter. Every project and portfolio we manage is attached with our give back program.

How the process works:

No matter the project type, our message is clear and straight forward. Depending on the project's or portfolio's size, we put aside 5%-10% of our net income towards giving back. To ensure our investors are satisfied, we only withdraw from Development House's share. By working and partnering with us, you are not only trusting us to invest your time and money in successful projects, but you are part of something much bigger than yourself by allowing us to give back to families in need of help.

Q: "What if I want to give back to a charity that I am part of, but it's not involved in developing homes?"

A: That is a great question! Even though we'd like for the funds from our give back program to go towards redeveloping homes for families in need; if you have a charity that is dear to your heart and care about, we are more than happy to work with that charity.
